The production of Cotswolds No.3 Wildflower Gin begins with the selection of high-quality base ingredients, which are sourced with care to ensure the finest botanical flavors. The distillers begin by carefully weighing and measuring the botanicals, which notably include hand-picked genepi, mint, and yarrow, among others. These botanicals are then placed into a traditional copper pot still along with a neutral grain spirit. The distillation process takes place in small batches, allowing for greater control over the extraction of flavors. During distillation, the botanicals gently release their essential oils, infusing the spirit with complex aromas and flavors. The resulting gin is subsequently filtered and bottled at 41.7% ABV, preserving its vibrant character and aromatic integrity. The craftsmanship behind each bottle reflects a commitment to traditional techniques combined with meticulous attention to detail throughout the production.
