Fabrication Process

Production of Smoking Furnace Blended Scotch Whisky begins with the careful selection of high-peated single malts sourced from various distilleries. The malts are mashed and fermented before undergoing distillation in traditional pot stills. After distillation, the new make spirit is placed into STR casks – a method that involves shaving the barrel's interior, toasting, and then recharing to create a unique environment for maturation.
