Fabrication Process

The production of Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey follows a meticulous process that begins with the selection of high-quality grains, with a mash bill containing a minimum of 51% rye. Following this, yeast is added to begin the fermentation process, which typically lasts several days and allows the flavors to develop.
