Fabrication Process

The fabrication process of Glenfarclas 25 YO Whisky begins with traditional methods of mashing and fermentation, employing spring water sourced from the nearby Ben Rinnes mountain. The wash is then distilled in the distillery's vintage copper pot stills to create the new make spirit. After distillation, the whisky is meticulously aged in Oloroso sherry casks that impart rich flavors and characteristics unique to the spirit. The whisky undergoes careful monitoring during the maturation process to ensure the perfect balance of flavors develops, before being bottled at 43% ABV.
