Dunphail Distillery

Dunphail Distillery is relatively new, with its construction beginning in early 2022. It was created by Darius Plazewski, also the founder of Bimber Distillery. Despite the recent controversies surrounding the founder, the distillery is poised to begin production in the summer of 2023. Its establishment signifies a renewed interest in traditional whisky making and aims to reflect the craftsmanship characteristic of Scotch whisky.
